The Matt & Ben real estate team is hiring! We are a 15 year multi-award winning real estate team based in Toronto. We are looking for a full service realtor who will engage with listings, buyers and leases. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, licensed, and a team player who is motivated to build their own success while contributing to our team goals! We are located at 785 Queen Street East and we do approximately 50% of our business in Toronto’s central/east end.

Job Description:

Leasing, purchases, & sales with qualified clients
Open housing and prospecting cold and warm leads
Sphere of influence marketing
Real estate & lifestyle blogging

Requirements:

1+ year(s) in real estate or similar field (can be a realtor with RE/MAX Hallmark or any other brokerage)
Professional individual with a strong work ethic
Confident and self-sufficient
Customer service background preferred
Focused on delivering exceptional results
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Motivated self-starter with strong project management skills, attention to detail & customer service skills
Proficient with software such as Microsoft Office and Google Apps. Experience with real estate software preferred.
We want someone fun, smart, creative and hip
Must be fully licensed and have your own vehicle
