I have a fantastic idea for Howie - we put offers for various prices in silver briefcases and whichever one he chooses he has to agree to? Do you think he will go for it?

Well ,the suite has been on the market for almost 3 months at $3,498,000 and there has been "no deal" for his beautiful condo yet - so maybe they will consider my creative proposal. I guess the bigger question is where will I find 30 beautiful women to hold the offer briefcases? I shouldn't have to look far: Yorkville is filled with them!
